Polka here Polka there......

 Hello and welcome to another

Today we are seeing spots...uh dots....we are using Polka dots!

Die: Retired SU Tabbed Tags 
Stamp: Saying Unknown
Solid Papers: SU
Brown is: Core'dinations Sandable Cardstock 
Pattern Papers: Studio Calico 
Embellishments: Paper flowers Darice
Embossing Folder: QuicKutz Large Polka Dot  
 Coloring/Ink: Black ink is Lawn Fawn
(best for crisp lines and Copic Coloring),
Colored ink is Tim Holtz Distress ink in Rusty Hinge
